Operational and Administrative Resources to

Establish, Enhance and/or Expand a Local Youth Justice Program

Teen Court, Peer Court, Student Court, Youth Court & Youth Peer Panel

The following publications are outstanding resources for those interested in establishing and/or enhancing a local youth court, teen court, peer court, student court, and youth peer panels.  ALL of these publications listed below were created using our federal taxpayer dollars and they are PUBLIC DOMAIN – this means you can use all, or parts of them, as you please for FREE.  Please just cite references as appropriate, if you chose to adapt these materials.  These manuals and publications are the lead Administrative and Operational materials needed to Establish, Enhance and/or Expand a local Youth Justice program.

These are the primary and most popular publications created largely between 1997 and 2008, Scott Bernard Peterson’s time at the United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.  During Scott’s decade plus time in the Executive Branch of the United States government, he was able to successfully advocate and successfully secure more than $10,000,000 in federal funding from the U.S. Department’s of Transportation, Education, Health and Human Services and the Corporation for National and Community Service for purposes of advancing the Local to Global Youth Justice Expansion.  A BIG thank you to our awesome Youth Justice federal friends and supporters, past and present (and deceased).

Tens of thousands of copies of these publications below have been printed and downloaded for FREE  They are widely utilized here in America and around the world.  We encourage you to share them with the adults and youth involved in your local, state, national, and/or global efforts to reduce juvenile crime and incarceration rates of youth and adults.  Please download any of the below publications for FREE, as our hard earned federal taxpayer dollars paid for them.  Thank You to all the writers, editors, printers, desktop publishers, researchers and others for their BIG role in helping the United States Department of Justice make these available to the public for FREE.
