Global Youth Justice, Inc.
Global Youth Justice, Inc. Champions 1,700+ volunteer-driven and youth-led diversion programs called Teen Court, Youth Court, Peer Court, Student Court, and Peer Jury on 4-Continents, making them the most replicated juvenile justice and youth justice program around the globe. And, adults community leaders and volunteer youth from hundreds of additional communities around the globe are in various stages of implementing one of these rapidly expanding juvenile justice and youth justice diversion programs.

These affordable diversion programs, are an early step in a system of local graduated sanctions, which harness positive peer pressure and utilize it in a peer judgment setting to help address the anti-social, delinquent, and criminal behavior of youthful offenders. The peer judgment, volunteer-driven, youth-led, and positive peer pressure aspects of these diversion programs are the primary programmatic elements that separate these juvenile justice and youth justice diversion programs from all others. They are providing a much needed local alternative for communities to provide youthful offenders a second, and even third chance, of avoiding further more serious juvenile justice involvement — and future criminal justice system involvement.
