Youth Justice and Juvenile Justice

Diversion Program

A Record 1,600+ Adult and Youth Volunteer-Driven Youth Court, Teen Court, Student Court, Peer Court and Peer Jury Diversion Programs now Operational on 4-Continents. These youth justice and juvenile justice voluntary diversion programs harness positive peer pressure and utilize it in a peer judgment setting to help address the anti-social, delinquent, and/or criminal behavior of youth. The ‘peer judgment’ and ‘positive peer pressure’ aspects of these programs are the (2) primary programmatic elements which separate these youth justice and juvenile justice voluntary diversion programs from all of the others. More favorable empirical research reports, combined with the affordability of these volunteer-driven juvenile justice programs, are a few factors influencing the continued global expansion of these authentic diversion program on a local level.

The $195 Registration Fee includes 2 Breakfast Buffets, 3 Lunch Buffets, 12 Training Sessions, 1/2 Day Grant Writing and More. Hotel Rooms are only $72.00 on Monday, 1/23 and only $52.00 per night from Tuesday, 1/24 to Thursday, 1/26 and only $72.00 per night on Friday, 1/27 and Saturday, 1/28 for Participants extending their stay.

Staff, Volunteers, Board Members, Partners and other individuals in Professional Support Roles including those working FT/PT in these rapidly expanding Diversion Programs also attend.

Registration opens on January 1, 2017 for the 16th Global Youth Justice Peer-to-Peer Training on Youth Court, Teen Court, Student Court, Peer Court and Peer Jury Diversion Programs. The Agenda will comprise more than (25) Presentations by Adult Participants who volunteer to make peer-to-peer presentations. In 2017, this will be the 7th year in a row Global Youth Justice has convened this popular training at the Provincetown Oceanfront Resort and Conference Center on the tip of Cape Cod. Start planning, saving, and making plans to attend on your own or with a team of 2-5 adults from your community.
